You must be at least 21 years of age to open a tg7 account. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law. tg7 enforces age verification through KYC — no exceptions.
tg7 is a PAGCOR-licensed operator providing services to players physically located in the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted under these Terms.
Each individual may hold only one tg7 account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to immediate suspension. All accounts must be registered in the player's true legal name as verified through KYC documentation.
Abuse of bonuses, use of automated software, collusion, fraudulent payment activity, and money laundering are strictly prohibited. tg7 reserves the right to void bets, forfeit balances, and close accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.
All account balances, bets, winnings, and withdrawals on tg7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). tg7 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations where third-party payment providers apply currency conversion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from the use of tg7 are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and applicable PAGCOR regulatory processes.

1.1 By accessing, registering on, or using any service provided by tg7 through tg7.bio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the tg7 platform.
1.2 These Terms apply to all users of the tg7 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses tg7 content. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.
1.3 tg7 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tg7 will provide reasonable notice through the platform or via your registered email address. Continued use of tg7 after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the tg7 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine law governing gambling activities. tg7 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by any person under 21 years of age.
3.2 Geographic Restriction. The tg7 platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for use by persons physically located in the Republic of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of tg7 complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. tg7 does not warrant that its services are lawful in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms and use the tg7 platform. You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or self-exclusion arrangement that prohibits you from engaging in gambling activities.
3.4 Verification. tg7 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request documentary proof of age, identity, or location. Failure to provide such documentation upon request may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
4.1 To access the full features of tg7, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and email address.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) tg7 Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. tg7 may use technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be forfeited.
4.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal from your tg7 Account, you are required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. This requires submission of:
4.4 tg7 processes KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. Approval is subject to the clarity and authenticity of the documents submitted.
4.5 tg7 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time where there are reasonable grounds to question the identity, age, or location of an account holder.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7 Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any third party.
5.2 You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your tg7 Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. tg7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
5.3 You must notify tg7 customer support immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your account credentials.
5.4 tg7 recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP on your Account. tg7 will never contact you to request your password or full OTP code through any channel.
6.1 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on tg7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.00 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
6.2 Accepted Payment Methods. tg7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods, subject to availability:
6.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the tg7 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are prohibited. All withdrawals require a fully verified KYC status.
6.4 Processing Times. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers via InstaPay are typically completed within 5–30 minutes. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to third-party payment provider delays beyond tg7's control.
6.5 Anti-Money Laundering. tg7 is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and related regulations. tg7 may request documentation of the source of funds in connection with your tg7 Account at any time. Failure to provide such documentation may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
6.6 Inactive Account Fees. Accounts with a balance that remain inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee. tg7 will provide advance written notice before any dormancy fee is applied.
7.1 All bets placed on tg7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market, as published on the tg7 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game or market.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. tg7 sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each game and betting market. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. tg7 reserves the right to modify stake limits at any time.
7.3 Void and Cancelled Bets. tg7 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a system error, manifest error in odds or pricing, technical malfunction, or any other error. In such cases, the voided bet amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
7.4 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only confirmed once it has been accepted and recorded by the tg7 system. A bet receipt or confirmation number constitutes evidence of a confirmed bet. Verbal or informal acknowledgements do not constitute bet confirmation.
7.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, tg7's determination shall be final, subject to the applicable appeals process set out in these Terms and any recourse available through PAGCOR's player complaint process.
7.6 Live Casino and RNG Games. Live casino games on tg7 are operated by third-party licensed providers (including Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Live, among others) using certified systems. RNG-based games are independently audited for statistical fairness. Certified RTP figures are available within each game's information panel.
8.1 tg7 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback offers, and other promotions to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published with each offer.
8.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, wagering requirements must be met using real money and bonus funds proportionally as determined by tg7's system.
8.3 Bonus Abuse. tg7 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, multi-accounting for bonus purposes, or collusion between players to meet wagering requirements. tg7's determination of bonus abuse is final.
8.4 Bonuses and promotions are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another player or account.
8.5 tg7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tg7 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
10.1 All content on the tg7 platform — including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, software, text, images, and the tg7 brand name — is the intellectual property of tg7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the tg7 platform for personal entertainment purposes only, subject to compliance with these Terms.
10.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the tg7 platform without the prior written consent of tg7.
11.1 tg7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players on the platform. We recognise that while most players engage with tg7 for entertainment, gambling can become harmful if not managed responsibly.

12.1 The tg7 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tg7 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12.2 tg7 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the tg7 platform; (b) any service interruption, downtime, or technical malfunction; (c) unauthorised access to your Account; (d) any error or omission in the content of the platform; or (e) any event beyond tg7's reasonable control.
12.3 Where tg7's liability cannot be excluded by law, tg7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you into your tg7 Account during the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms limits tg7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by tg7's negligence.
13.1 tg7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time for any of the following reasons:
13.2 Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to a breach of these Terms by the Player, tg7 reserves the right to withhold any remaining Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply.
13.3 You may voluntarily close your tg7 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completed KYC and applicable processing timelines.
14.1 tg7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By using the tg7 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
14.2 tg7 processes personal data in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and applicable regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC).
15.1 tg7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where an amendment is material — including changes to Player rights, fees, or core service terms — tg7 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice by posting a notice on the tg7 platform and, where practical, notifying you via your registered email address or mobile number.
15.2 Amendments to correct typographical errors, update regulatory references, or reflect changes in applicable law may be made without advance notice.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the tg7 platform and may close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
16.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the tg7 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.2 Any dispute between you and tg7 that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
16.3 In addition to judicial recourse, Players may escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official player complaint channels, as tg7 is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute resolution processes.
